Abhishek Bachchan is a casino owner in “Game.”

“Game” Starring Abhishek Bachchan, Kangana Ranaut, Sarah-Jane Dias, Jimmy Shergill, Boman Irani, Anupam Kher, Shahana Goswami; directed by Abhinay Deo; music by Shankar, Ehsaan, and Loy.

This action thriller tells the story of four strangers who are invited by Kabir Malhotra, an reclusive eccentric billionaire, played by Anupam Kher to his private island in Greece. The strangers include a powerful politician from Thailand, OP Ramsay, played by Boman Irani, a Bollywood actor looking for the hit his career desperately needs, played by Jimmy Shergill, a journalist looking for the scoop of her career played by Shahana Goswami, and Abhishek Bachchan as Neil Menon, a casino owner with various business interests some legal and some not. They don't know one another or their host ... and by the next morning, they wish they had never come. Sarah Jane Dias plays Maya, the mysterious connection between the four strangers. After a comic turn in “Tanu Weds Manu,” Kangana Ranaut plays detective Sia Agnihotri, who has stumbled on the case of a lifetime. Shot at various international locales including Greece, Istanbul, London, Mumbai and Bangkok, the makers promise edge of your seat action with twists and turns involving love, revenge, retribution and murder.


An ensemble cast is featured in the romantic comedy “Thank You.”

From the maker of “No Entry” and “Welcome,” this comic caper promises to have you laughing every minute. Bobby Deol, Irfan Khan and Suniel Shetty play Raj, Yogi and Vikram, best friends and business partners. All three are casanovas who happen to be happily married because their beautiful wives have no idea about their husbands’ errant ways. Things change when Raj's wife Sanjana, played by Sonam Kapoor, begins to suspect her husband. She hires a suave private detective, Kishan, played by Akshay Kumar to follow him. Kishan has built a career of saving marriages by persuading misbehaving husbands to mend their ways. This time, his attraction to the lovely client means he may not be acting in her best interests. A crazy cat-and-mouse game ensues, with Kishan attempting to catch the husbands red-handed. Mallika Sherawat makes an appearance in an item song and there's a catchy remix of "Pyar do, pyar lo," sung by Mika Singh.

 

 

 


Prateik Babbar plays a student
in “Dum Maaro Dum.”

After “Bluffmaster,” director Rohan Sippy (son of Sholay director Ramesh Sippy) and Abhiskek Bachchan come together in this suspense thriller set in Goa. The film revolves around the lives of six Indians and how the drug mafias change their lives. Prateik Babbar plays Lorry, a student on the way to a United States university, whose life goes out of control when his scholarship is rejected. ACP Vishnu Kamath played by Abhishek Bachchan is a self-destructive cop fleeing his past. Kamath has the job of destroying Goa’s brutal drug mafia and soon discovers nothing is what it seems. Rana Daggubati plays DJ Joki,a local musician drifting through life after losing everything. Bipasha Basu plays Zoe, an aspiring airhostess. She’s a child of the hippy generation, whose innocense has been replaced by cynicism, after her dreams are destroyed. Aditya Pancholi playsa ruthless businessman known as the Biscuit. He’s the point person between all the Goan Mafias. Then there’s the mysterious shadow,the drug kingpin with several names and identities but no one knows who he is. The soundtrack has Konkani songs and dance tracks, with Deepika Padukone featured in the remixed song “Mit Jaaye Gham.”
