More than 350 community members gathered for an unforgettable evening of celebration and philanthropy April 4 at India Cultural Center in Tampa. Organized by the Punjabi Association of America, the Baisakhi Mela was a testament to community spirit, blending cultural pride, high-energy entertainment, and a strong commitment to supporting a local cause.

The venue was transformed with stunning, vibrant decor, creating an immersive atmosphere that welcomed guests into a world of color and joy, along with delicious authentic food and a spectacular showcase of bhangra and Bollywood dances.
"We wanted this function to be more than just a celebration," said President Amit Dehra. “It was about celebrating our culture and our community's power to make a difference."

In that spirit of giving, PAA proudly announced a donation to 1Voice Foundation, which provides 25 programs and services for children battling cancer and their families that are being treated at various area hospitals.

The evening concluded with members and guests uniting on the dance floor, embodying the fun and unity that defined the night
