More than 150 guests, including TiE Tampa Bay leadership, charter members and members, corporate partners, entrepreneurs, representatives from the area economic development and USF students, attended. “We were thrilled with the response, and diversity of attendees for this event,” said Kunal Jain, president, TiE Tampa Bay.

Prior to the key speaker’s presentation, Patel College of Sustainability Dean Dr. Kalanithy Vairavamoorthy welcomed guests. USF Center for Entrepreneurship Dean Dr. Michael Fountain made opening remarks.

Guest speaker Jeff Tobe provided an enlightening and entertaining presentation based on his new book “ANTICIPATE: How Entrepreneurs know what their customers need before they do!” Tobe is considered to be a global authority on "applied creativity" in business and his workshop presents a structure for understanding and applying creative solutions desired by successful entrepreneurs globally.
